Komaki laughed, "That's all you get to know Sihaser. I know that anybody can develop itchy fingers." She thought about the diamonds stashed in a vault and the art pieces that hung in the hallways. And then there were those antiques. Most were too large to sneak out the door without her realising anyway. Except for that figurine of a phoenix. "And besides, I don't think anybody would be able to sneak the ones lying around out the door." Komaki highly doubted that Sihaser would steal, if he did, she wouldn't be very happy.

Sihaser raised his eyebrows. "Who said I'd steal?" he asked. "Man, you sure are smart! Never in a million years would I guess someone would want to steal my treasures. Not that I have any. Well...actually, I would notice if someone would want to steal. I guess it's the way I asked, huh? Shit, I should stop being so obvious." He gave a small twirl, smiling as he did so, then ran his fingers through his hair. "So, how much longer?" he asked. "I mean, I love walking and everything. Just wanted to know outta pure curiosity. Or, maybe I am tired. I dunno."
He stopped talking, actually biting his tongue. He knew he got annoying plenty, and he always tried to stop his random outbursts. But, there was so much to say! He couldn't imagine how someone could never talk the amount he did.

Komaki couldn't help laughing, "Don't steal Sihaser. There are other ways of getting things." And Sihaser's second question did not need to be answered with words. After a few more moments of walking she stopped at a gate. Steel. And a ten digit password to open them. Behind those gates was the mansion, elegant and painted white. Several curtains blocked out the inside view that had previously been provided by large windows and there was a raised section of the building - similar to a tower in the centre - Komaki's room. Komaki entered the digits quickly but even if any onlooker had succeeded in memorising all of them - it would be pointless, she changed them every day. As the gates slid open she smiled at Sihaser, "Here we are."

Sihaser stared at the mansion, speechless for once. But, as always, he did find his voice. "Wow, you've got a nice place! How many people live here? Do you have any slaves? You must have slaves. I wish I had a slave." He fell quiet again, too awed to think of anything else to say. He glanced back at the gates. It seemed rather unfriendly, to him. If he had a mansion, he'd leave it open to everyone. Well, she has treasures. And, she doesn't wanna lose them. Still, though, a password to those massive gates? He couldn't imagine locking people out. He hummed a small tone, placing his hands behind his back.

As Komaki strode in through the gates, she answered Sihaser's question. "I live alone. I used to live here with my mother. Good times..." Her gaze passed over the gardens, the front lawns were getting a bit tall - time to hire a gardener to straighten that out. Ignoring that aspect, there were flowers. Snowdrops, hydrangeas, even a cherry tree some distance away. A swing hung from one of the branches. "My mother used to leave all the curtains open - the place was so bright and beautiful. I used to play out here in the garden." She gazed at the swing, eyes beginning to blur with tears, she really missed her mother, so cheerful, so bright. She missed her past life where everything was too perfect. Shaking away those thoughts she proceeded to the front doors. Komaki pulled out a key and inserted it into the hole. A second later she had opened the double doors.

Sihaser didn't even notice it when she spoke. He supposed that was pretty rude, but the yard itself was just astounding. Once he tore his eyes away from one thing, they landed on another, almost as amazing as before. Finally, he did process what she said. "I wish I could have played in a garden like this." He smiled softly. "Your mother must have been a very kind woman to do this. She sounds amazing. Be thankful for the time you spent with her." He then looked inside the building, excited at the thoughts of what could be in there.

Komaki smiled back at Sihaser when he spoke, "I am." And she stepped indoors, and clapped her hands twice. The lights flickered on. Several large paintings hung on the walls, A grand staircase led from there up to a second floor which Komaki ignored. She gestured to a couch, "Sihaser, sit down. Why stand up and admire your surroundings?" Her voice had a joking, cheerful tone to it.

Sihaser grinned at her. "When I stand up, I can get a full view of the surroundings," he replied, his voice having the exact same tone to it. "Wow. I don't think I've ever seen this much. Except in a museum." He sighed. "I was never allowed in those places much. Everyone thought me a rather...misbehaved boy." He took a couple of steps toward the couch, examining it. "I mean, I didn't do anything while inside the museum. I had a small mishap with one of the workers there." He gave a smirk. "Put out my foot and tripped him while he was walking down the stairs."

Komaki couldn't help laughing at this, "You should behave better at museums. They hold brilliance that most of us will never have the chance to hold in our hands." She then left the sitting room and entered the kitchen that was connected to the sitting room. Komaki hung her jacket on a chair and rolled up her blouse sleeves as she headed for the fridge. "Sihaser, how long are you staying?" Komaki opened the fridge door and scanned the contents.

Sihaser shrugged. "I'm not sure. Long enough, though." Once it was out of his mouth, he knew it sounded wrong. He blushed a deep scarlet. "I mean, well, I don't mean what it wounds like I meant. What I truly wanted to say was...as long as...oh, i dunno." He sighed. "Sometimes words just slip out of my mouth without me even knowing what I'm saying." He gave a small smile. "I'm not even sure why I came. ((sorry for the short post!))

OOC: is ok ^_^ I do them too, sometimes
BIC: Komaki laughed, "It's okay. I would like your company anyway. It's lonely here." It was true. She lived alone - and work was one of the few comforts in life. She didn't go out with her friends much, but she didn't love locking herself up in her mansion either. She quickly pulled out some items and closed the fridge door. "I'm sure there are things we both want to tell someone."

Sihaser grinned. "Oh, not me," he said. "I've never told anyone anything. As a matter of fact, I've talked to you the most about my past. Maybe cause we both have a sad one." He looked at her. "Judging by the way you live alone and your mom's death and everything, I think I'm correct in saying so." He sat down at a chair in the kitchen, watching her. "Looks like you've got a lot of food." He flashed another grin. "Which is all very well, because I have quite a large appetite. Apples are my favorite food. I am not sure why, but...there's just something about apples that I love so much. You?"

Komaki laughed a little, "You like apples? I happen to like sour candies. They're my favourite food, although not suitable for meals." As she started pulling out cutlery and some bowls she added fondly, "My mother loved strawberries. I can't stand them, though. I still can't." She found Sihaser's company warm, even enjoyable. And she liked talking to people, about anything they wanted to, really.

"Strawberries are all right," Sihaser said. "I hardly ever eat them, but, yeah, I know why she likes them." He thought for a second. "Oranges. Oranges are good. Juicy. Very juicy." He smiled. "When I was young, I used to go outside and try peeling the oranges myself. One time, I got annoyed of the peelings getting stuck under my fingernails, so I took a knife and tried doing it that way. Cut from the palm of my hand all down to my elbow. I was never taught the lesson 'cut away from yourself'." He chuckled. "I ran, crying to my brother and he helped wrap it up. From then on, I've always let people peel them for me."

Komaki was amused by his comment on oranges. "Oranges are nice. They're quite easy to peel if someone teaches you the best way." She was speaking as she busied herself preparing a few vegetables. She paused and turned off the tap, walking to the fridge again. She opened it a crack, peering down at the tray at the very bottom. Sighting what she was looking for, she shut it again, smiling coyly. "My most challenging fruit had to be the kiwi fruit. I kept insisting of getting it cut up into slices to eat rather than cutting it half and then scooping it out.
