lol, Mokona is Mokona is what the two say when you ask what they are. It's assumed that black mokona is male while white mokona is female, only it's never been properly stated. The two are created by Yuko Ichihara and Clow Reed. Hope that helps ^_^

Maybe, blue Mokona could be a creation-gone-wrong by some random powerful witch/wizard, and instead of turning out black or white....he turned out blue.

The Mokona's actually have names too. Apparently, Larg is the black one and Soel is the white one. The white one calls itself a girl and the black one a boy once and only once. There's actually three, though I know nothing about the first. I think it's white though.
Yes. I already had that idea as my base Bob. XD I should just put "Blue Mokona is blue Mokona!" as it's bio. XD
Clamp is so interesting though. The three animes xxxHolic, Tsubasa, and Magic Knight Rayearth all have something to do with each other. It's pretty cool.

haha, all hail CLAMP, the four brilliant manga artists. You know Mokona is actually named after one of the artists, Mokona Apapa? It's an interesting fact. And the original Mokona is from Magic Knight Rayearth. And Tsubasa has a bit of everything, actually. Kamui's from X/1999, Subaru and Seishirou are from Tokyo Babylon, Tomoyo Daidouji is from Cardcaptor Sakura, so is Clow Reed. XxxHolic runs along Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, they relate to each other ^_^ All courtesy of CLAMP

I do really like how they have cross-over characters. I do it all the time now in little stories I write. It will be about a main character, and a minor character who played a main character in another story will come along. It's so fun to do, because I hate getting rid of my characters!
